1. PAYMENTS - All payments must be paid in full before design installation. Client will be emailed an invoice after approval of design.2. REFUNDS - Refunds are NOT available after installation. All Nello Design work is tried and tested in various browsers before the site is given to client for approval. If a site is malfunctioning after the project is completed, it is due to user error, and therefore not the responsibility of Nello Design. 3. IMAGE HOSTING - Nello Design does not host images at this time. Client will need to host their own images. If client doesn't have a site to upload images to, Nello Design recommends setting up a Flickr or Photobucket account. 4. CREDIT - It is not optional to have a Nello Design button on your site. Nello Design doesn't think giving credit where credit is due is too much to ask. 5. PRAISE - Any email praise given to your designer will be published unless the client specifies otherwise. 6. DIRECT LINKS - The client's personal site will be directly linked with an image of their custom design unless otherwise specified. 7. EXTRA CHARGES - If a site design is significantly delayed due to a client's change of mind regarding graphics, theme, layout, etc., the client will be charged the full design amount plus an hourly rate beyond the normal design time. 8. COPYRIGHT NOTICE - Nello Design will not, under ANY circumstances, violate copyright laws. If client would like to use their own images Nello Design will require that the client disclose how images were obtained. All custom graphics are owned and copyrighted by Nello Design until payment and installation of design is complete. Ownership and copyright of graphics will then be transfered to the client. 9. TERMINATION OF SERVICES - Designer reserves the right to terminate services with the client at any time due to, but not limited to, non-payment, objectionable website content (ie: pornography, adult only content, etc.), and/or continuous re-designing due to client failure to decide their design needs. 10. DESIGN COMPLETION - At completion of design installation the business relationship between designer and client is terminated. Any design add-ons or changes to the design after original design completion will be made under a new contract with a new fee. |
